Bob Dylan was and is a legend from Minnesota! Born in 1941 in Duluth and grew up in Hibbing he got his early start at The Flame Cafe & Nightclub on 14th and Hennepin in Minneapolis with the Jewish syndicate before moving to NY and mingling with artists such as his idol and mentor Woodie Guthrie. Dylan changed his name in 1962 and contracted with Al Grossman. Dylan's early songs were a gift from G-d. Considered by many to be the greatest songwriter in the world...
