Jay Shapiro Launches QUAINTUM Magazine

Expanding Luxury Chamber Media Group into Technology

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — Entrepreneur, author and publisher Jay Shapiro has announced the launch of QUAINTUM Magazine, a new publication dedicated to technology, artificial intelligence, innovation and the future of business.

The magazine, available at Quaintum.tech, becomes the newest title published by Luxury Chamber Media Group, joining a family of publications that includes Good Jewish News, SOUTH FLORIDA magazine, SOUTHWEST FLORIDA magazine, Mondo Italiano, Mediterranean Magazine and Latin South Florida Magazine.

Although many know Shapiro as the founder of LUXURY CHAMBER of COMMERCE®, he says the inspiration for a technology magazine came from firsthand experience.

For more than fifteen years, Shapiro has built an extensive network of websites, digital publications and online communities. Recently, he undertook the enormous task of migrating thousands of web pages from an aging publishing platform to a modern system—an experience that introduced him to the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence and advanced digital technology.

“What started as a technical challenge became an education. Artificial intelligence helped transform what once seemed impossible into something achievable. Along the way, I discovered a genuine passion for technology and innovation.”

That experience inspired the creation of QUAINTUM Magazine, which will feature coverage of artificial intelligence, robotics, quantum computing, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, digital publishing, venture capital and luxury technology.

Shapiro is also the author of How to Perform Like a Billionaire, Think and Grow Rich: Kabbalah Edition, and Luxury is a Mitzvah, while continuing production of the feature film Buddy from Brooklyn, based on the life of horse racing legend Howard “Buddy” Jacobson.

He believes technology is becoming one of the defining forces of modern society.

“Technology now touches every aspect of our lives—from healthcare and finance to education and entertainment. Understanding innovation isn't just for engineers anymore. It's becoming essential for everyone.”

Future plans for QUAINTUM Magazine include both digital and print editions, technology-focused events, educational content and interviews with innovators shaping tomorrow's economy.

Zahav Foods Expands to GIANT Stores Across Pennsylvania with Hummus Snack Cups

From five-time James Beard Award–winning restaurateurs Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook, the famous restaurant recipe Zahav Hummus debuts at 32 GIANT locations across PA

Zahav Foods, the CPG brand co-founded in 2024 by five-time James Beard Award–winning restaurateurs Chef Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook of the Michelin Recommended Zahav in Philadelphia—today announced that their iconic signature dish, Zahav Hummus (the restaurant recipe) has debuted in the refrigerated section of 32 GIANT stores across Pennsylvania. Outside of Zahav Foods, Solomonov and Cook are known as the trailblazing restaurateurs behind Laser Wolf, K'Far, Federal Donuts & Chicken, and other acclaimed Philadelphia restaurants.

GIANT retails both Zahav Hummus in its original 10 oz package ($7.99) and Zahav Hummus Snack Cups—with four 2 oz cups per pack ($6.99)—making GIANT the exclusive major Pennsylvania grocery retailer to carry Snack Cups. Zahav Hummus Snack Cups deliver the same extra-creamy restaurant-recipe for which the brand is known, in a portable, single-serve format.

"We're thrilled to bring Zahav Hummus to GIANT shoppers across Pennsylvania," said Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook, co-founders of Zahav Foods. "Zahav Hummus is kosher-certified, so it's an especially proud moment to be at the Wynnewood GIANT, home to one of the most extensive kosher departments in the area."

Zahav Hummus offers an expert balance of flavor that relies on just six natural ingredients and no added oils: tehina, chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, cumin, and garlic. Zahav Hummus is made with approximately four times the amount of premium roasted tehina (sourced from Soom Foods) as other brands, and was the first tehina-forward style of hummus on U.S. grocery shelves.

Zahav Foods first launched Zahav Restaurant-Recipe Hummus exclusively at Whole Foods Market in January 2024, where it quickly became one of the fastest-growing hummus brands on the market. By September 2024, Zahav Hummus had expanded to Whole Foods Market locations nationwide.

In October 2025, Zahav Foods first introduced Zahav Hummus Snack Cups with the company's entry into more than 200 Harris Teeter locations. In April 2026, Zahav Foods launched its first flavored hummus and debut line extension, Zahav Hummus Schug, exclusively at select Whole Foods Market locations nationwide. Zahav Hummus Schug features the Zahav Restaurant-Recipe Hummus base and a topping of Schug—a fiery, herbaceous Yemenite condiment made from fresh green chiles—designed to be swirled together at the table. Its layered flavor is driven by serrano peppers, parsley and cilantro; a fragrant spice blend of coriander, cumin and cardamom; and garlic, lemon and olive oil for brightness.

Today, you can pick up Zahav Hummus at GIANT; Whole Foods Market nationwide; Wegmans in the Philadelphia-area; McCaffrey's in PA and NJ; Harris Teeter; Pop Up Grocer in New York City, and additional independent retailers nationwide.

For Solomonov and Cook, Zahav Foods represents eighteen years (since Zahav Restaurant's founding) of refining a single dish to its ideal form. The hummus that opens every meal at Zahav is now available at home too—as a starter, a centerpiece, or a dip worth building a meal around.
